About Mark

Mark passed away in the evening of Monday 27th May, following a 3 year battle with bowel cancer. Mark was a fighter, but he had undergone so much dramatic treatment over recent months that his body became very weak. Our sons and I were with him at the end, which was quick and peaceful.

After a successful 20-year career in software sales with the likes of Digital Equipment, Oracle, BroadVision and Thunderhead, Mark took his passion for photography into a new entrepreneurial adventure, Video2web (now VIEW).

​

He taught himself how to write content, film, edit and produce videos, and thanks to his unwavering dedication and hard work we have grown our revenues and customer base year on year, filming some of the most prestigious companies across the globe.

​

Mark was a larger than life character, with the most wicked sense of humour, the silkiest of sales skills and the eye of a talented creative. He was loved by friends, staff, colleagues and business partners and was dedicated to achieving results both in his professional and personal life. He was a wonderful husband, father, son, brother and friend to many.

 

We will all miss him terribly.
